Can you hold my date?

We will hold your date with a $400 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards your package price and the remainder of the balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding.

Do I have to meet you to book?

No, we can email you a copy of our contract which can be filled out and sent in with your $400 deposit in the mail. Please be in contact with us first to let us know that you are sending the check so we can hold your date temporarily until your check arrives. We can not hold your date permanently until we receive your payment.

Do I have to pick my package at the time I book?

Yes and no, we have 4 packages and each has a different package time. Depending on if we have another wedding the same day we may not be able to accommodate all packages. We basically need to know if you will want us there to film you getting ready or just to film the ceremony and reception. This means that you can easily switch from the Basic to the Basic Plus and between the Bridal Prep and the Ultimate Package easily but may not be able to go from the Basic to a Bridal Prep. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.

Can I upgrade my package at a later date?

As long as it doesn’t coincide with another wedding, we will be more than happy to upgrade your package. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make all necessary changes.

I do not see something I was hoping you could do on your price list. Do you customize your packages?

We strive to make every bride happy with their video, so if you do not see something on our price list that you would like us to do, just ask us to quote you a price.

How long does it take to get my wedding video back?

It generally takes around 6 months to deliver a wedding video. This length of time may change depending on the season and amount of weddings we filmed at the time of yours. Rest assured that we are constantly editing to get your video back to you as soon as possible. We want to make sure that every video we produce is up to our standards. We want to get your video to you in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.

What will our live footage contain?

We shoot your ceremony with 2 cameras and will edit your ceremony from these 2 cameras. We cut out any dead time to make room for your reception footage. Each DVD can hold around 2 hours of footage so we do our best to make sure all of the important moments are captured.
At your reception we follow the action. This means that besides your cake cutting, we are generally on the dance floor for all of your first dances, bouquet and garter toss and general dancing. If there is something specific that you would like us to film, just get our attention and let us know.

Can I purchase extra time?

You can purchase extra time if we are able to accommodate you. Adding it to your package ahead of time will assure that you get your extra time. If able, we will give you extra purchased time the day of the wedding but it is not guaranteed. This purchased time will have to be paid for at or before the wedding. Please let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements.
